Our program provides an interoperable Placard that is used in several areas throughout Mississippi and Louisiana, we work between two programs, the Louisiana Statewide Credentialing Access Program (LSCAP - http://www.lsp.org/lscap.html) and the Mississippi Emergency Access Program (MEAP - https://www.dps.state.ms.us/divisions/office-of-emergency-operations/mississippi-statewide-credentialing-access-program/).

This cooperation allows your organization to register in one place and receive access to multiple jurisdictions!

Please select the registration form that accurately describes your organization. The approval process for Private Sector and Public/Non-Profit organizations is different, requiring separate registration forms.
